Which countries in the EU do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Shipping is typically handled via local couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
How long does delivery take for my e-bike?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your specific location within the EU.
What is your return policy for e-bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large items like e-bikes are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do Jasion e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Jasion e-bikes purchased through our EU store come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the battery, motor, and frame against manufacturing defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Klarna for flexible financing options in eligible regions.
Are the e-bikes delivered fully assembled?
Our e-bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install a few components such as the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual.
